Never ridden an ATV? The machines are automatic, the trails are beginner-friendly, and your guide rides with you the whole way. Take your own single ATV or a multi-passenger Side-by-Side. Riding along trails surrounded by Denali National Park, at speeds up to 30 mph, your adventure includes breathtaking 360° overlook stops with views of the Alaska Range, Otto Lake and the Healy Valley.
Navigate through rocky creek beds and even spend time splashing through the water (weather dependent). Knowledgeable guides lead you through the rugged terrain and provide opportunities for photography. Wildlife is abundant, so watch out for moose on the trail. Total tour covers about 10 miles with 1½ hours on the trails.

Policies
Special requirements
ATV Driving Policies: All drivers must have and show a valid Driver’s License or government issued photo ID with date of birth. Anyone under 16 years old, or anyone without a valid Driver’s License/ID will be restricted to a passenger seat on a Side by Side ATV. To drive the ATVs, you must be 18 years old or 16 years old and have parental permission.
Minors and Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
We can provide a forward-facing car seat (for use with children at least 1 year old and 35 lbs & up (16 kg & up) and/or booster seat (For use with children over 4 years old and 50 lbs & up (23 kg & up) for small children upon request. Children should be in the same type of seat they use in a car. Limited quantities, please reserve in advance.
Restrictions
ATV tours are not recommended for anyone with neck or back issues or for women who are pregnant. Consult a doctor before booking a tour.
Health & Safety
At Denali ATV, every guest rides a brand-new ATV each summer, starts with a full orientation, and gets one-on-one instruction before heading out. Guides ride with the group and set the pace to match the riders.

Remember that you are on vacation! Relax and have a good time. Alaska is unique in landscape, wildlife, culture, and weather; do not expect Alaska to be the same as where you live. To truly enjoy your time here, bring your sense of adventure, be flexible, patient, and receptive to new experiences.
Weather Policy
ATV tours depart and continue in all conditions. Weather changes quickly in the Alaska Range so it’s best to be prepared for everything!
Cancellation Policy
A 7 day notice is required for cancellation of your reservation to receive a refund. Within 7 days of scheduled tour time, there is no refund and a change/move fee of 25% applies. All trips depart rain or shine, as scheduled. In the event that a tour is canceled or shortened by Denali ATV due to weather & trail conditions, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Child Policy
Minors and Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We provide car seats and booster seats for small children and infants or guests can bring their own. Our car seats are forward facing so infants should be over 35lbs, able to sit up and hold their head up on their own and they must wear a helmet at all times. Everyone, including children, must have their own seat, just like a car.
