3. Reservations, Payments & Cancellations
3.1 Reservations
By making a reservation, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3.2 Payment
Full or partial payment may be required at booking. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation terms are displayed during checkout and in confirmation emails. By completing a booking, you agree to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
3.4 Cancellations by Experience Denali
We may modify or cancel tours due to:
- Extreme weather
- Road closures
- Wildlife activity
- Operational or safety issues
If Experience Denali cancels a tour, guests will be offered an alternative date, credit, or refund according to policy.
4. Participant Eligibility & Responsibilities
4.1 Age and Physical Requirements
Some activities require minimum ages, physical capability, or health conditions. By booking, you confirm all participants meet posted requirements.
4.2 Safety Acknowledgment
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants must follow staff instructions, use required safety equipment, and refrain from unsafe behavior.
4.3 Alcohol & Drug Policy
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused participation without refund.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
By participating in Experience Denali activities, you acknowledge and agree that outdoor adventure activities involve risks including injury, wildlife encounters, weather conditions, and equipment hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks.
Experience Denali, its employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses except where prohibited by law. A physical or electronic waiver may be required before participating.
6. Equipment Damage or Loss
Guests are responsible for returning rental equipment in the same condition received and may be charged for damage, theft, or excessive wear resulting from misuse or negligence.
7. SMS/Text Message Consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive conversational messages from Denali Park Adventures. Message frequency may vary. On average, you may receive 1-2 messages per month. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
